With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential.

As a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Security Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving Data Loss Prevention processes to help protect BNP Paribas' sensitive information and strengthen its cybersecurity posture.
Build side:
Contribute to the testing, validation, and deployment of new DLP policies.
Review and improve DLP detection rules and monitoring capabilities.
Analyze recurring security issues to identify weaknesses in DLP monitoring.
Suggest best practices to optimize data leak detection based on observed event trends.
Coordinate the review and maintenance of DLP policies and validated practices.
Run side:
Assess and triage DLP alerts according to predefined Level 1 criteria.
Perform Level 2 investigations to confirm and assess potential data leaks.
Escalate complex cases when necessary and collaborate with the Control Manager on DLP-related topics.
Monitor entities' compliance with DLP processes and follow up on backlog management.
Produce and maintain the monthly DLP dashboard and reporting.
Support the onboarding of new entities and scopes onto the DLP platform.
You have experience in cybersecurity, security operations, or Data Loss Prevention (DLP). You enjoy investigating security events, improving detection capabilities, and working with international teams to strengthen information security.
