This is an exciting opportunity to join a Technology Architecture team that defines cloud strategy, technology standards, and enterprise architecture for a global business environment.
As a Cloud Architect, you will lead cloud transformation initiatives, design enterprise-grade cloud architectures, support cloud migration programs, establish governance frameworks, and collaborate with business and technology leaders to deliver secure, resilient, and innovative cloud solutions.
You will work across multiple strategic initiatives involving cloud-native architectures, DevOps, automation, security, AI, APIs, and modern application platforms while helping shape the organization's long-term technology vision.

Design secure, scalable, and resilient cloud architectures aligned with business and technology strategies.
- Drive enterprise cloud migration initiatives and modernization programs.
- Develop architecture blueprints, cloud design patterns, and reference frameworks.
- Advise development teams on cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and container platforms.
- Define and maintain cloud governance, security standards, compliance frameworks, and cost optimization strategies.
- Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and support Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Monitor cloud portfolios and assess application maturity and migration readiness.
- Resolve complex technical challenges affecting cloud transformation initiatives.
- Present technical recommendations, architecture decisions, risks, and roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
- Mentor architects and engineers while promoting cloud best practices across the organization.
- Contribute to enterprise cloud strategy, technology standards, and continuous innovation initiatives.

- Do you have hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and OpenShift?
- Have you designed cloud-native, microservices-based architectures?
- Are you familiar with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code?
- Have you implemented cloud governance, security, compliance, and cost optimization strategies?
- Can you communicate complex technical concepts to executive and non-technical stakeholders?
- Do you have experience mentoring architects and technical teams?
- Are you currently based in mainland Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model from Lisbon?
