Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Specialist to act as a product expert and provide support to the Agency Success Leads team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring 100% quality across all deliverables and output files produced by production associates.
You will support a team that provides specialized services to programmatic advertising accounts across various industries, helping to drive media strategy, adoption, account growth, and customer success. The QA Specialist will play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring accurate, client-ready deliverables.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Quality Analyst
- Experience delivering written and oral feedback
- Fluent in Italian
- Hybrid work model
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a product expert
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with DV360 (Display & Video 360), CM360 (Campaign Manager 360), and Google Ads is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, data skills and facilitation skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Excel, Presentation and visualization skills are a must
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform quality audits on al outputs and deliverables by adhering to Google’s quality framework
- Provide detailed feedback based on findings in the quality audits
- Responsible for driving feedback and refresher sessions with agents and fi ling process and knowledge gaps.
- Good Analytical Skills ( ability to analyze what fundamentals does the agent lack)
- Communication Skills (Should be able to communicate feedback effectively)
- Escalate issues found during audit to supervisor
- Support Trainers with Refresher Sessions and Identifying Key opportunities to expand DV360
- Work alongside other SMEs from other Business Units
- Stays up-to-date with product knowledge to make effective recommendations for improved performance.
- Provide DV360 expert inputs on training materials and SOPs
- Problem Solving, be able to proactively find workarounds and find solutions independently or with support from team
- Quickly learning about other platforms (such as CM360 and Google Ads)
- Check the Checker: check & periodical reviews of Quality Prechecks
- Discuss/ suggest the way forward, improvement areas to the customer/process
- Identify product training needs for new product launches/ changes
- Works to ensure that team morale is high, and drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team
- Programmatic Media experience mandatory as this will be a product driven role.
