The Security Lead Portugal (CL5 Director), as part of Accenture's Security practice, will be the senior leader responsible for building and positioning Accenture's cybersecurity capabilities in the Portuguese market. Reporting to both the Security Lead Iberia and the Portugal Lead, this individual will lead a team of 10 security professionals, hold ownership of the Security P&L in Portugal, ato deliver high-impact engagements to Tier 1 clients. Our candidate will be responsible for driving the local cybersecurity strategy while acting as a key connection point with Global Cybersecurity leadership and teams. This role combines strong local ownership with regional and global coordination, leveraging the capabilities of our Centers of Expertise in Porto and Málaga.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in strengthening our cybersecurity presence in Portugal, supporting clients and internal stakeholders, and scaling advanced cyber capabilities across Cyber Defense, Cyber Intelligence, and Identity Security.
