What We’re Looking For
We are expanding our engineering teams for long‑term projects involving modern architectures, cloud-native development, microservices, identity management, and digital product engineering.
We are looking for Java Back-End, Full Stack, and React engineers across different seniority levels (from Junior to Senior and Lead) who enjoy working in structured environments, contributing to high‑quality delivery, and collaborating with experienced technical teams.
Main Responsibilities
(Depending on seniority and role)
- Design, develop and maintain Java microservices and full‑stack features.
- Build React.js front-end components and follow modern front-end engineering standards.
- Implement and document RESTful and GraphQL APIs using OpenAPI guidelines.
- Integrate IAM/SSO flows (OIDC, Okta, Keycloak) and contribute to secure authentication patterns.
- Work with event-driven architectures using messaging technologies (e.g., SQS, Solace).
- Write unit and integration tests and ensure quality through automated pipelines.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.
- Maintain front-end dependencies and follow best practices for performance and security.
- Collaborate with architects and senior engineers on design decisions and technical roadmaps.
- Produce technical documentation, runbooks, and support knowledge sharing within the squad.
- Mentor junior engineers (for senior/lead roles).
- Lead architectural discussions and define engineering standards (for lead roles).
What You Bring
- Experience with Java, Spring, microservices, and API development.
- Experience with React.js and modern front-end patterns.
- Knowledge of IAM/SSO (OIDC, Okta, Keycloak) is highly valued.
- Familiarity with event-driven systems, messaging queues, and cloud-native patterns.
- Good understanding of testing, code quality, security, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.
- Strong communication skills and a mindset of continuous improvement.
- English & Portuguese at C1 level.
