We are looking for a React Developer
CONTEXT
We are looking for a React Developer to join a highly technical project focused on core trading applications used directly by traders.
This is not a UI-only or purely visual frontend role. It is a core application development position in a demanding real-time environment, where performance, responsiveness, stability, and low-latency behavior are critical. You will work on data-intensive applications with high update rates, complex asynchronous flows, and strong engineering requirements, collaborating closely with backend teams in an international environment.
MAIN MISSION
To design, develop, and optimize real-time trader-facing frontend applications, ensuring high performance, robust state management, low-latency interactions, and reliable behavior in complex, data-driven environments.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain core frontend components using React
- Build real-time, data-intensive applications with strong requirements for performance, responsiveness, and stability
- Handle complex state management, asynchronous data flows, and UI consistency under high update rates
- Optimize rendering performance, browser behavior, and frontend responsiveness for low-latency user interactions
- Collaborate closely with backend developers to ensure efficient integration with high-performance APIs and data flows
- Contribute to architecture and technical decisions, with a strong focus on application logic, system behavior, and performance
- Ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable code aligned with engineering best practices
- Participate actively in a highly technical and collaborative development environment
PROFILE & SKILLS
- Strong experience in frontend development with React, ideally in complex and high-performance environments
- Deep understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals
- Experience building real-time, event-driven, or highly transactional applications
- Strong knowledge of state management, asynchronous programming, and frontend architecture for complex systems
- Solid understanding of performance optimization, rendering behavior, and low-latency frontend design
- Comfortable working in technically demanding environments with strong engineering standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- React (modern React, hooks, functional components)
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Redux, Zustand, or similar state management solutions
- Async programming
- Event-driven UI
- Real-time data handling
- Rendering optimization and frontend performance tuning
- Frontend architecture for complex, data-driven systems
- Integration with high-performance backend APIs
- Modern frontend tooling, build tools, and bundlers
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in trading platforms, capital markets, online gambling, or other real-time transactional environments
- Strong academic background
- Exposure to high-throughput and low-latency systems
