As a Sales Operations Associate, you will be part of an exciting and innovative team – Sales Operations, designed to create a more effective and efficient sales apparatus to drive accelerated growth and a superior client experience compared to our peers. Our objective is to support sales and client facing colleagues through operationalising sales enablement activity. This is an internal facing role reporting into the global sales operations function. The role has primary responsibility for delivering sales enabling activities for WTW.

What You’ll Bring
- Able to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
- Understanding of project management techniques.
- Degree in Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Data Analytics, or similar is beneficial.
- Demonstrable communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to represent the Sales Operations practice and WTW with integrity and credibility.
- Understanding of CRM systems is advantageous.
- Competent in Microsoft tools – primarily Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and advanced formulas), PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Comfortable working with data and developing basic analytical models.
- Experience with Python programming for data analysis, or process optimisation.
- Interest in and aptitude for AI and automation, with practical experience or exposure considered highly valuable for the role.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken, is required.
