Your mission will be…
- Act as the end-to-end owner of assigned IT services across their entire lifecycle (strategy, design, transition, operation, and improvement).
- Define and maintain service scope, service roadmaps, and service documentation.
- Ensure services meet business needs, performance expectations, security, and compliance requirements.
- Manage service performance, including SLAs, KPIs, availability, and incident/problem trends.
- Drive continuous service improvement (incl. productivity improvements like automation and AI) in collaboration with operations, architecture, and business stakeholders incl. drive productivity improvements like automation and AI
- Coordinate and manage service providers and vendors, including contractual and performance reviews.
- Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects in accordance with agreed scope, timelines, costs, and quality standards.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely escalation where necessary.
- Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure effective collaboration between IT and business stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
- Ensure proper transition of project results into stable operations and service ownership
- Lead masterclasses and communities.
We are looking for someone with…
- 7-12 years of experience in IT service management and/or IT project management.
- Solid knowledge of ITIL principles and project management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, international environment.
- Experience working with external suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of Automation and Agentic AI
- Languages: Excellent English skills.
- Ability to work on complex issues autonomously as well as team-based
- Strong problem solver with strong debugging skills
- Ability to act proactive, quality-driven, and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management of internal as well as external stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in agile, globally distributed teams
