ROLE:
We are looking for a Multi-Disciplinary Brand Designer to join our creative team. We are seeking a professional with the technical expertise and creative versatility to seamlessly transition between physical and digital environments, static and animated media, delivering outstanding work from initial concept to final execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Identity & Consistency: Develop, evolve, and protect the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency and excellence across all channels and customer touchpoints.
Digital & Performance Design: Create visually engaging assets for social media, email marketing campaigns, website banners, landing pages, and other digital platforms.
Physical & Merchandise Design: Design print-ready solutions for packaging, merchandising materials, apparel, and other branded materials.
Motion & 3D Design: Produce motion graphics, animations, and high-quality 3D product visualizations and renders.
Creative Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure all creative outputs align with business and brand objectives.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of practical multidisciplinary design experience in an agency or in-house environment;
Portfolio (Mandatory): Strong and versatile portfolio demonstrating expertise across print and packaging, digital design, motion graphics, and 3D visual content;
Adobe Creative Suite: Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign;
Motion Design: Intermediate proficiency in After Effects (or Premiere Pro) for motion graphics, animation, and video editing;
3D Design: Practical experience with tools such as Blender, Adobe Dimension, or Adobe Substance for product rendering, modelling, and mockup creation;
Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Portuguese and English, written and spoken;
Profile: Highly autonomous, adaptable, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering high-quality creative solutions.
