About the Role
Grifols is looking for an experienced laboratory professional to join our Diagnostics team as a Technical Application Specialist supporting customers across Southern Poland.
This position is ideally suited for candidates with a background in Medical Laboratory Science, Laboratory Diagnostics, Medical Analytics, Biotechnology or other Life Science disciplines who wish to combine their scientific expertise with customer-facing responsibilities.
As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will act as a trusted partner to laboratory professionals, supporting the implementation, optimization and daily use of Grifols diagnostic solutions. You will work closely with laboratory managers, medical laboratory scientists and end users, helping them achieve the highest quality standards in routine diagnostic testing.
This is not an IT, software development or engineering-focused position. We are seeking candidates with hands-on laboratory experience and a passion for supporting diagnostic professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide scientific and application support for Grifols diagnostic instruments and assays.
- Deliver customer training during instrument implementation and throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Support laboratories in optimizing workflows, testing processes and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot application-related issues remotely and on-site.
- Build strong professional relationships with laboratory managers, medical laboratory scientists and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, Technical Support and Quality teams.
- Participate in product launches, method implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Travel regularly to customer sites across Southern Poland.

What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Analytics, Laboratory Diagnostics, Biotechnology, Biology, Biomedical Sciences or another relevant Life Sciences discipline.
- Practical experience working in a clinical, hospital, blood bank, reference or diagnostic laboratory environment.
- Understanding laboratory workflows, quality standards and diagnostic testing processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact confidently with laboratory professionals and laboratory management.
- Fluent Polish and good English communication skills.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Residence in Poland, preferably within or close to the supported region.

This position requires previous experience in a medical or diagnostic laboratory environment and regular travel to customer sites within the assigned territory in Poland.
