Who are we looking for?
Senior Salesforce Developer - Full Remote
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements

Lead development activities across multiple Salesforce clouds and integration points

Translate functional requirements into technical designs and implementation plans
-
Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines
-
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps
-
Support deployment, testing, and release activities across environments
-
Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Experience & Qualifications
-
Minimum of 600 man-days of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Solutions Developer (approximately 3+ years of practical delivery experience)

Proven experience working with the following Salesforce products:
o Education Cloud
o Marketing Cloud
o Service Cloud
o Data Cloud
o Experience Cloud
o Agentforce
o Analytics / Tableau

Strong proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, SOQL, and integration patterns

Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, deployment strategies, and release management

English: Fluent

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Salesforce Certified System Architect

Experience working in enterprise or multi-org environments
