About the job
The User Onboarding Management Officer´s main mission is to build and manage an efficient Employee Onboarding, Transfer and Exit process in Europe-Middle East-Africa (EMEA) region. One of the main objectives of the role is to streamline and improve the current onboarding process for hiring managers and the new employees by providing a clear understanding of the data and system needs of various departments within BNP Paribas
Your Main Activities Are
Coordinate the onboarding, transfers and offboarding processes in EMEA with the various departments involved, such as Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), Compliance, Procurement, Premises, Finance, among others
Become the centralized point of escalation for Hiring Managers during any onboarding, changes, transfer or exit processes
Produce and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to control the completeness and length of onboarding processes
Ensure the overall data coherence of the Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) organizational pyramid in the tool while coordinating all necessary updates
Maintain and update when needed, in close partnership with internal communication, HR and IT, the documentation and marketing associated with the service provided by the team
Ensure CIB administration regarding the tool central administration and the quality of service returned
Contribute to the good working of the clients tools
Ensure first technical level for regional CIB administrators, and answer to their requests
Profile and Skills to Success
Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Management
Fluency in English, both oral and written
Beginner level of French
Up to 2 years of experience in Administrative Support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel
Communication Skills
