ROLE:
The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects that are critical to the organization. This role will require close collaboration with different departments, as well as potential interaction with external consultants and stakeholders.
ROLE:
Identify, assess, and address critical challenges affecting the company across departments;
Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of strategic projects;
Work closely with department heads and C-suite executives to align organizational efforts with strategic objectives;
Develop data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making;
Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources;
Contribute to the company’s broader strategic planning and direction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly desirable;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, consultancy, project management, or business strategy;
Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems;
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously;
Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work independently.
