The Junior Strategic Project Manager will report directly to Senior Strategic Project Managers or C-level executives and will be responsible for the initiation, planning, implementation, and completion of strategic projects that are vital to the organization. This role also involves coordination across multiple internal departments, as well as active collaboration with external consultants and partners.
ROLE:
Work closely with department heads and executive leadership to ensure alignment with strategic objectives;
Generate data-driven insights to support strategy formulation and decision-making;
Identify and resolve critical cross-functional issues affecting the business;
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong academic background in Business, Economics, or Engineering;
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically while solving complex problems;
Leadership skills, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently;
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple parallel projects.
