ME Lisbon is a luxury hotel that is part of the prestigious Meliá Hotels International chain. Located in the heart of Lisbon, our hotel offers a unique and sophisticated experience, combining avant-garde design with exceptional service for our guests.
Mission: As an Aura Host, you will be the face and soul of the guest experience at ME Lisbon. Working closely with the Aura Manager and Assistant Aura Manager, you will anticipate guests' needs, build meaningful connections, and ensure every interaction reflects the exceptional service standards of our luxury lifestyle brand.
What will you have to do?
Deliver personalized, seamless, and memorable guest experiences throughout every stage of the guest journey.
Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
Build strong relationships with guests, fostering loyalty and emotional connections with the ME by Meliá brand.
Monitor guest feedback through Voice of the Customer tools and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Handle guest requests, concerns, and incidents professionally, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Act as a destination expert, recommending exclusive experiences, cultural attractions, restaurants, and services throughout Lisbon.
Coordinate closely with operational departments to guarantee flawless guest experiences.
What are we looking for?
Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar guest-facing role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
Fluent in Portuguese and English (additional languages will be highly valued).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to create personalized experiences.
Proactive, guest-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
Deep enthusiasm for lifestyle hospitality, luxury service, and guest satisfaction.
