Steward cocoa value chain data collection and consolidation and dashboading (60%) :
- Engage with cross functional stakeholders in IT, corporate agriculture, ESG and SBU to define an holisitic cocoa data infrastructure and drive its deployment
- Ensure integration with wider data infrastructure (ROOTS, GPS..)
- Develop cocoa category dashboard (PowerBI or other solution) as key analytical tool for compliance & reporitng (ESG KPIs, non financials), for performance management (origin, supplier performance, cooperatives) as well as enabler for future investment decisions
- Build georeference tool as part of our cocoa dashboard with multiple data layers (Human Right, Climate, Good agriculture practice, decease incidence, traceability..) to identify trends
- Continuous improvement

Annual traceability data collection (20%) :
- Define clear data collection timeline, with clear milstone, aligned with SBU ESG team and non financial KPI reporting needs
- Validate supplier list with procurement and train them to use latest template and understand underlying KPI structure
- Update template working closely with Third Party audit company and global ESG team
- Communicate actively withThird Party appointed company that will collect supplier information
- Escalate supplier collaboration issues / delays to SBU ESG Team
- Provide post mortem assessment of the entire data collection process for continuous improvement

- Coordinate annual origin risk mapping
- Coordinate Annual Scorecard submission
- RA M&E integration and Cool Farm Tool deployment
- Support CLMRS data collection
What will make you successful
Academic Experience/Education:
- University Degree preferably in economics, business, IS/IT
- Fluent English
Business Experience:
- Project managment
- Expeience in commodity in a plus
- Data Managment / data processing experience
- Deep knowledge of sustainability KPIs & Data
- Collaboration with multi-functional stakeholders
