Join our Grid Technologies Services Operational Excellence team and help build the process, data, and digital foundation for demand, materials, and inventory planning. You will turn business planning needs into standardized end-to-end processes, usable data, improved data quality, and fit-for-purpose digital solutions. Working across Procurement, Order Management, Engineering, Service Centers, regions, and technical teams, you will enable better planning and supplier forecasting using historic demand, project forecasts, installed-base information, market analysis, and other relevant data
How You'll Make an Impact

Translate planning principles and business requirements into standardized end-to-end processes, data needs, and digitalization roadmaps

Analyze workflows, systems, handovers, and data flows; identify gaps and drive practical process improvements

Apply Lean principles to simplify processes, reduce waste, improve flow, and establish a culture of continuous improvement across service supply chain planning activities.

Combine historic demand, project forecasts, installed base information, market insights, and other sources into consistent, planning-ready data

Define data structures, ownership, governance, and measurable actions to improve planning-relevant data quality

Deliver fit-for-purpose analytics, workflow automation, AI, and other digital solutions from discovery through rollout and adoption

Align business and technical stakeholders, prioritize use cases, and track implementation, adoption, risks, and measurable value
What You Bring-
A university degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field

Several years of experience in process improvement, supply-chain or digital transformation, operational excellence, or a comparable role

Practical experience applying Lean methods such as value stream mapping, root-cause analysis, Kaizen, visual management, or standard work to improve operational performance

3-4 experience redesigning cross-functional processes and translating business needs into data requirements and implemented digital solutions

Practical knowledge of demand, materials, inventory, procurement, supplier forecasting, order execution, or service supply chains

Experience making fragmented enterprise data usable through clear structures, ownership, governance, and data-quality improvements

Ability to align business and technical stakeholders and lead initiatives from analysis through implementation and adoption

A structured, hands-on, and outcome-focused mindset; experience with SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, process mining, automation, or AI is an advantage

Lean or Six Sigma certification is beneficial

Advanced English proficiency; occasional international travel may be required
