Key Position Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute Cyncly's global and international SEO, GEO and localisation strategy to increase organic growth, visibility and digital experience performance across all markets.
- Increase Cyncly's presence across traditional search, AI-generated results, AI overviews, conversational search platforms and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Optimise organic performance across the B2B SaaS conversion funnel, partnering with Marketing Operations and Marketo teams to improve lead generation, conversion, pipeline and revenue contribution.
- Establish governance, standards and scalable processes across Content, Global Production, Digital Experience and Regional Marketing teams, ensuring SEO and GEO best practices are embedded into content creation and optimisation workflows.
- Drive SEO, GEO and conversion optimisation within Optimizely CMS and CMP, supporting effective page development, content governance and continuous improvement.
- Define, prioritise and deliver technical SEO requirements through Product and Engineering sprint cycles.
- Lead SEO keyword research, opportunity assessment and competitor analysis, ensuring insights inform content strategy, optimisation priorities and AI recommendations.
- Own monthly SEO and GEO reporting, measuring performance across the funnel from brand visibility through to organic pipeline and revenue impact.
- Use analytical, data-driven insights to optimise rankings, organic traffic, conversion performance and commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate across multiple time zones with global stakeholders, agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Proficiency with a range of SEO and Ai tools including Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Trends, SEMrush, Screaming Frog. Optimizely CMS and agentic Opal
- Awareness of conversion rate optimisation best practices
- Have a minimum of 3/4 years of experience within a similar SEO role
- Proficient in managing SEO activity end-to-end; from briefing through to delivery and optimisation
- Analytical and data-driven - using data insights to optimise ranking
