We are looking for a Senior C++ Developer
CONTEXT
We are looking for an experienced Senior C++ Developer to join an international engineering team responsible for developing and maintaining a high-performance electronic trading platform. This role offers the opportunity to work on business-critical systems in a fast-paced financial markets environment, contributing to both the evolution of existing components and the development of new greenfield solutions.
Working closely with global engineering, business, and production support teams, you will play a key role in delivering reliable, scalable, and high-performance software while contributing throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
MAIN MISSION
To design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications that support the bank's electronic trading platform, ensuring high standards of quality, security, scalability, and performance while contributing to the continuous evolution of the platform and its architecture.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coach Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and best practices
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, retrospectives, and other collaborative events
- Promote Agile methodologies and support their adoption across teams and projects
- Mentor individuals and teams, helping them improve collaboration, autonomy, and delivery performance
- Act as a change agent, fostering an Agile mindset and supporting organizational transformation
- Provide training and guidance on Agile frameworks, tools, and ways of working
- Help teams identify challenges, remove impediments, and continuously improve their processes
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and business stakeholders
- Support the implementation of Agile practices across different organizational contexts
- Contribute to building a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence
PROFILE & SKILLS
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Strong experience developing high-performance applications in modern C++
- Experience working with electronic trading platforms or other real-time, high-load distributed systems
- Solid understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design, algorithms, and data structures
- Experience working in Agile software development environments
- Experience participating in migration or large-scale refactoring projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within international teams
- Proactive mindset with a strong focus on software quality and continuous improvement
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
