Mission of the Role: Analyze, perform, and review environmental tests and data. Support the ISO 17025 accreditation. The role focuses on delivering accurate and reliable results.
Key objectives of this Role:

Ensure climatic/vibration tests are executed to customer specifications, maintain test data integrity, evaluate results, and report data to customers in a timely manner;

Work with the Product Development Engineering team in order to understand the specific test setup requirements;

Evaluate test plans and create test sheets in line with test request requirements;

Support ISO 17025 accreditation and OEM recognition programs;
-
Ensure quality and validity of data during test sequences. Prepare and review Test Reports to meet customer requirements, providing interim data and completed reports in a timely manner;

Develop new tests in accordance with OEM/ISO/IEC specifications;

Develop lab capability to support new technologies and methods;

Develop, update, and maintain Test software;
-
Lead / Contribute towards continuous improvement activities;

Keep up-to-date with test standards and practices;

Support the development of local work instructions;
-
Investigate and assist in the resolution of customer complaints;
-
Ensure all equipment used for testing purposes is suitably calibrated prior to use.
Key Performance Indicators:

On-time delivery of test reports.

Accuracy and compliance with OEM and international standards.
Key Year One Deliverables:

Achieve proficiency in OEM testing requirements and in international standards related to automotive tests.

Introduce at least one improvement to the existing work instructions and procedures.
Qualification, Experience, and Skills:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical/Thermal Engineering;

Problem-solving;
-
Understanding of lab test equipment including Electro-dynamic shakers, Environmental chambers, Data Acquisition systems, etc.;

Excellent communication skills;
-
Very good English level (written and spoken).
