You will join an international infrastructure team responsible for the stability, maintenance, support, and evolution of Windows environments used by several European subsidiaries.
As the Level 3 technical escalation point, you will resolve complex incidents, administer Active Directory, develop infrastructure-management tools using PowerShell and Python, and contribute to projects involving architecture, automation, security, and reporting.

Provide Level 3 support for regional Windows infrastructure.
- Manage complex infrastructure incidents and service requests across European subsidiaries.
- Ensure timely, effective, and well-documented technical resolutions.
- Administer Active Directory users, groups, and Organizational Units.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and WSUS environments.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure-management tools and scripts.
- Automate administrative and operational tasks using PowerShell and Python.
- Analyze infrastructure issues involving networks, DNS, DHCP, and security.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Support the maintenance, improvement, and evolution of infrastructure services.
- Participate in infrastructure projects, including planning, deliverables, risk management, and reporting.
- Produce and maintain technical and operational documentation.
- Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to different stakeholders.
- Collaborate with regional and international infrastructure teams.

Senior-level professional experience in systems administration and infrastructure support.
- Strong experience providing Level 3 support for Windows environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows infrastructure and architecture.
- Solid experience administering Active Directory.
- Experience managing users, groups, and Organizational Units in Active Directory.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell.
- Practical scripting or development experience with Python.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, DNS, DHCP, and security concepts.
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems and WSUS.
- Strong Power BI development skills.
- Experience handling complex production incidents and service requests.
- Familiarity with project-management practices, including planning, deliverables, risks, and reporting.
- Professional proficiency in English across speaking, reading, and writing.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

- Red Hat Certified Specialist in Microsoft Windows Automation with Ansible certification.
- Hands-on experience automating Windows environments with Ansible.
- Experience supporting infrastructure across multiple countries or subsidiaries.
- Knowledge of infrastructure security and hardening practices.
- Experience with monitoring, reporting, and operational dashboards.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise service-management environments.
- Previous experience participating in international infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate is a senior Windows infrastructure specialist with strong Level 3 support experience and in-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Windows architecture, WSUS, networking, DNS, DHCP, and security.
You can automate complex administrative activities using PowerShell and Python and are confident developing operational reports and dashboards with Power BI. You are analytical, resilient, and comfortable resolving critical production incidents under pressure.
You also communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and can collaborate effectively with international teams in English.
