Responsibilities:
The Senior Service Order Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of service orders, ensuring a smooth workflow from service request to completion. This role is critical to customer satisfaction, service efficiency, and documentation compliance.
- Enter, maintain, and follow up on service orders in SAP or Salesforce system

Ensure accurate service details, scheduling, and prioritization according to customer agreements

Coordinate with service technicians, logistics, and Purchasing for timely order fulfillment

Communicate with customers regarding service status, delays, and completion

Monitor open service requests, escalating critical issues when necessary

Maintain customer and service order master data

Assist with service reporting, invoicing, and compliance documentation

Track KPIs and report service order metrics to Service organization

Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial or business-related qualification (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial/Wholesale & Foreign Trade) or equivalent

2-3 years experience in sales order processing / order administration, ideally in a manufacturing or technical environment

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)

Strong Excel and MS Office skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

Strong communication skills and team-oriented

Excellent English skills (written & spoken) - additional language German, French, nice-to-have
