About Bleisured
Bleisured is a young and dynamic Lisbon-based property management company specialising in residential rentals. We manage a portfolio of around 130 properties across the city, working with both local and international tenants and landlords. Our approach is hands-on and personal, we handle everything from tenant sourcing and contracts to day-to-day maintenance and support, always with a focus on quality and reliability. We're a small, fast-moving team that thrives on energy and initiative, and we take pride in the relationships we build with the people we work with.
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and people-oriented individual to join our Leasing team on a part-time basis. You'll be on the ground across Lisbon, conducting property viewings and helping us place the right tenants in our managed apartments. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility from day one and for the right person, a pathway to a full-time position within the team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting property viewings across Lisbon for short and long-term rental listings
- Supporting the leasing team in converting leads into signed agreements
- Representing Bleisured professionally with prospective tenants (local and international)
What We're Looking For
- A sales mindset - you're persuasive, personable and results-driven
- Fluent Portuguese and English is mandatory; additional languages are a strong plus
- Valid driving licence - we operate with scooters across the city
- Background in real estate, hospitality or tourism is preferred
- Available approximately 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling
- Own vehicle (car or scooter/bike) preferred - viewings are spread across Lisbon.
