As Production & Compliance Specialist, you will act as the vital link between production delivery and quality assurance - ensuring every process, record and activity meets strict GMP industry requirements. You will help drive consistency, foster a strong quality-first culture and keep our operations audit-ready as we expand our regulated medical cannabis manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end daily production activities to ensure full alignment with GMP and all applicable regulatory standards.
- Review batch records, SOP's and production forms.
- Assist the Production team with deviation management, root-cause investigations, CAPA implementation and change control processes.
- Maintain clear, up-to-date production records and ensure all documentation is fully prepared for internal, external and regulatory audits.
- Contribute to GMP training for production staff and actively promote a culture of quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
- Track production KPIs and support the identification and delivery of process and performance improvements.
- Assist with equipment, process and validation activities as required.
- Serve as point of contact between the Production and Quality teams for all day-to-day compliance matters.
- Support data entry, system maintenance and reporting within the company's ERP platform.
What We Are Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
- Clear understanding of production workflows and controls within a regulated setting.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks effectively.
- Confident communicator, able to collaborate smoothly across teams and seniority levels.
- Proactive, practical approach - you take ownership of issues and focus on delivering workable solutions.
Desirable Advantage
- Direct experience in medical cannabis or pharmaceutical manufacturing (desired but not essential).
