CONTEXT
We are looking for a Project Manager to join an international team in Lisbon.
This role is suited to a professional with solid project management experience, able to coordinate initiatives, manage stakeholders, and ensure structured follow-up across different workstreams. The professional will support project delivery in a demanding environment, contributing to governance, reporting, communication, and decision-making processes while ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines.
MAIN MISSION
To coordinate and drive project activities from planning to follow-up, ensuring effective stakeholder management, high-quality reporting, and successful delivery within scope, timeline, and business expectations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coordinate project activities across different phases of delivery
- Ensure structured project follow-up, governance, and reporting
- Manage stakeholders and maintain effective communication across different teams and levels of the organization
- Support decision-making processes by preparing clear status updates, presentations, and project materials
- Monitor project milestones, actions, risks, and dependencies
- Contribute to change management activities and support project adoption where needed
- Ensure quality, rigor, and attention to detail across project documentation and deliverables
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a reliable point of coordination throughout the project lifecycle
PROFILE & SKILLS
- + 6 years of experience in Project Management
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives in a structured way
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Client-focused mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Experience supporting decision-making and project governance processes
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and rigor
- Comfortable working in dynamic and cross-functional environments
- Experience in Change Management is valued
- Fluent English is mandatory
