Restaurant Hana is a modern Asian fusion restaurant just outside the center of Leeuwarden. In a stylish and relaxed setting, we combine authentic Asian flavors with modern influences and high-quality ingredients. Our enthusiastic team works daily to create a special culinary experience for our guests.
We are looking for an Independent working cook I.
Responsibilities:
- preparing ingredients independently
- applying basic cooking techniques
- providing input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods
- responsible for inventory and order management
- technically supervising assistant(s). Job requirements:
- MBO 3 working and thinking level
- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
We offer:
A competitive salary between € 2,510 and € 3,050 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience
Periodic salary increases in accordance with the Hospitality CLA
Travel allowance (if applicable)
