Casa de Sada is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented and guest-focused Night Auditor to join our Front Office team.
As part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night, delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining the accuracy of financial and operational records.
The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing the Front Office during the night shift, supporting guests, completing end-of-day procedures and ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately.
You will:
- Welcome and assist guests during the night, ensuring a professional and friendly service.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Complete the night audit process and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Balance guest accounts, cash floats and payment records.
- Prepare daily financial and operational reports.
- Monitor hotel security and respond appropriately to guest requests and emergencies.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and Security to ensure smooth overnight operations.
- Ensure compliance with Hilton Brand Standards and Front Office procedures.
- Maintain accurate records within the Property Management System.
- Prepare the Front Office for the following day's operations.
About You
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor, Front Desk Agent or in a similar Front Office role, preferably within a hotel environment.
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good computer literacy; experience with Opera Cloud or a similar Property Management System is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages will be highly valued.
- Flexibility to work permanent night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
