Your Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to camera drones and related products.
- Guide users through product setup, features, maintenance, and best practices.
- Educate customers on product functionality, firmware updates, and common troubleshooting steps.
- Accurately document customer cases and interactions in internal systems.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Deliver professional and timely support while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Your Profile
- Native or fluent Italian (C1 level).
- Basic English skills for internal communication.
- Previous experience in technical support, IT, electronics, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to adapt and perform well in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Interest or experience in drones, consumer electronics, or emerging technologies is a plus.
