About the role

As a Developer .NET, you will be part of the Support Team, working in a dynamic and collaborative environment to ensure stability, quality, and continuous improvement of the ebankIT product platform.

You will play a key role in the investigation, analysis, and resolution of complex technical issues, while also contributing to software enhancements and product evolution. Working closely with cross-functional teams you will help deliver reliable and efficient solutions that support our business needs.

What you’ll be doing

You rock at:

.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and MVC;
SQL Server and database integration;
Backend development and software maintenance;
Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex technical issues;
Analytical thinking and problem-solving;
Innovation and continuous improvement mindset.

You are good at:

Understanding application architectures and microservices-based environments;
Working with SCRUM and Agile methodologies;
Conducting technical investigations and resolving incidents;
Being organized, autonomous, and a strong team player;
Communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You have:

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a similar field;
At least 3 years of professional experience in software development or a similar role;
Proven experience working with Microsoft development technologies;
Solid expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and MVC;
Strong knowledge of SQL Server and experience working with relational databases (mandatory);
Experience integrating applications with relational databases and backend systems;
Ability to adapt to complex and challenging technological environments;
Previous experience working with SCRUM methodologies is a plus;
Fluency in English.

Your functions:

Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical and functional incidents reported through support tickets, prioritizing tasks according to business impact and urgency;
Identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions to ensure platform stability and service continuity;
Develop, enhance, debug, maintain, and test software components, primarily within the ebankIT product platform;
Design and implement bug fixes, performance optimizations, and application improvements;
Develop and maintain backend solutions using .NET Core technologies, ensuring high-quality and efficient code;
Integrate and interact with SQL Server databases, supporting application performance, reliability, and data integrity;
Produce and maintain technical documentation related to development, support, and troubleshooting activities;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions and resolve software-related issues;
Contribute to Business Continuity initiatives and the continuous evolution, improvement, and stability of the ebankIT product platform.
