About the Opportunity
We are currently looking for individuals based in Lisbon who enjoy meeting people and sharing insights about their city in a natural and engaging way.
This opportunity involves accompanying small groups of visitors as they explore Lisbon's neighborhoods, culture, and local atmosphere while helping create a smooth, welcoming, and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and accompany visitors during walking experiences in Lisbon
- Introduce local neighborhoods, landmarks, viewpoints, and places of interest
- Share general insights about Lisbon's culture, traditions, and daily life
- Adapt each experience according to visitor interests and pace
- Create a friendly, welcoming, and well-organized environment
- Provide recommendations on local attractions, cafés, restaurants, and cultural activities
Profile Required
- Based in or highly familiar with Lisbon
- Good knowledge of local culture, neighborhoods, and major attractions
- Comfortable interacting with international visitors
- Fluent in at least one of the following languages: Portuguese, English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, or Chinese
- Friendly, communicative, and reliable
- Comfortable walking for several hours (typically 3–8 hours)
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, customer service, or event support is a plus but not required
