YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a Project Support professional to support microwave programmes through structured documentation management, progress monitoring, acceptance coordination, and licensing activities, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting across delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, trackers, and acceptance records
- Support monitoring of rollout progress, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate acceptance, licensing, and compliance activities with stakeholders
- Ensure document control, data accuracy, and timely approvals
- Support internal and customer audits by maintaining complete and updated records
YOUR PROFILE
- Based in KSA, region to be confirmed, with full flexibility to travel to sites across the region.
- Experience in telecom project support, rollout governance, or PMO environments
- Strong documentation, coordination, and reporting skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to process compliance
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
