We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and building long-term relationships.
Your responsibilities
- Convert incoming leads into loyal clients and students.
- Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, Instagram, email and phone.
- Present our premium services and academy programmes.
- Guide clients through the booking and enrolment process.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and corporate partners.
- Maintain a high standard of customer care and follow-up.
We are looking for someone who
- Has previous experience in sales or client relationship management.
- Speaks English and Portuguese fluently and Russian is a strong advantage).
- Communicates with confidence, warmth and professionalism.
- Is highly organised, proactive and results-driven.
- Enjoys working with premium brands and delivering exceptional service.
