Responsibilities:
We are in the BAU stage of a journey to transform our approach to procurement right across our business, including a multi-year programme to implement a market leading iValua Source to Pay system (Marketplace MP) enterprise wide.
The Technology System Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective operation, optimisation, and ongoing development of MP. This individual acts as a subject matter expert, bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions, with a focus on maximising process efficiency and system reliability.
To support this you will:

Have a deep understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes

Lead the analysis, configuration, and enhancement of P2P systems to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

Oversee system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Collaborate with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, and IT to gather requirements, document processes, and translate them into system solutions.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide expert-level support to resolve complex problems.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of P2P technology trends, recommending innovations to enhance system capabilities.

Be the subject matter expert on Marketplace, including its administration and workflows

Responsible for maintaining system integrations via API’s inc DnB, Worldcheck, Avalara, EcoVadis, FSQS, Oracle and Workday.

Collaborate with external advisors on Marketplace implementation and learn product build/utilisation.

Oversee user access rights and license entitlements for iValua, ensuring a positive user experience.

Resolve performance issues with Marketplace, including escalation to iValua support if needed.

Support Marketplace release management cycles and recommend process improvements.

Strong organisational and project management skills to include a high level of PC literacy across the Microsoft Office suite.
