Key Responsibilities

Lead MEP delivery across the full project lifecycle, including design, procurement, construction, commissioning and operational handover.

Act as the primary interface between clients, contractors, consultants and specialist vendors.

Drive programme, cost, quality, safety and performance objectives throughout the project.

Manage testing, commissioning, Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and operational readiness activities.

Oversee project governance, risk management, change control and stakeholder reporting.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting project success and business growth opportunities.
