Description
In this role, you will be responsible for operating and evolving SAP SuccessFactors as the HR control tower, covering modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance, Talent, and Analytics. You will ensure the stability of production environments while driving functional and technical improvements and supporting global HR processes and compliance requirements.
Requirements

Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Solid understanding of HR processes and regulations
- Experience with integration tools such as Boomi (ETL)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into solutions
- Experience working in complex, international environments
- Ability to act as a business partner with stakeholders
- Knowledge of SAP Datasphere / SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus
- Familiarity with CSRD regulation is a plus
Responsibilities

Define, deploy, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors core model processes
- Ensure integration with ERP systems, local HR applications, and CSRD tools
- Operate and maintain environments (Quality and Production), including patches and upgrades
- Proactively address new regulatory requirements and propose solutions
- Participate in weekly backlog reviews and monthly governance (steerco) meetings
- Lead or contribute to troubleshooting sessions with stakeholders
- Produce functional and technical specifications and manage tool configuration
- Support deployment of new legal entities and system evolutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems and processes

Experience with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud
- Knowledge of CSRD and sustainability reporting requirements
- Participation in defining core model rules and HR process standardization
- Experience working with global HR stakeholders in large organizations
