We are looking for a Senior Change Manager to lead change management initiatives focused on AI enablement and adoption.
In this role, you will help teams and business areas successfully embrace AI-powered solutions, including Generative AI and Microsoft Copilot. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, technical teams and end users across multiple functions and regions.

Lead change management activities supporting AI enablement and adoption programmes.

Develop and execute change management, communication, stakeholder engagement and training plans.

Assess organisational impacts, change risks and business readiness for AI-driven transformations.

Support the rollout and adoption of AI solutions across multiple business functions and regions.

Facilitate stakeholder alignment and proactively address resistance to change.

Design and deliver presentations, workshops, training sessions and adoption materials.

Monitor adoption, user engagement, usage trends and business value realisation.

Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, technical teams and end users.

Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and responsible AI adoption.

Proven experience leading organisational change in complex or international environments.

Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, frameworks and adoption measurement techniques.

Experience developing change, communication, stakeholder engagement and training plans.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation and facilitation skills.

Ability to analyse adoption metrics, usage reports and business benefits.

Experience working within project or service delivery environments.

Strong planning, coordination, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.

Ability to influence stakeholders at different organisational levels.

Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset.

Fluent English.

Understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot and digital transformation initiatives.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and collaboration platforms.

Previous experience supporting the adoption of emerging technologies.

Prosci Change Management Certification or another recognised change management qualification.
The ideal candidate combines strong change management expertise with curiosity about AI and emerging technologies. You understand that successful digital transformation depends not only on implementing technology but also on preparing people, processes and organisational culture for change.
You are comfortable engaging with executives, business teams, technical specialists and end users. You can translate complex initiatives into clear messages, build stakeholder trust, manage resistance and use adoption data to demonstrate measurable business value.
Experience in global or multicultural environments, combined with excellent English communication skills, will be essential for success in this role.
