The Customer Service job:
As an Operation Customer Expert, you will deliver exceptional customer service and support the reservation process primarily for the Italian market. Your role focuses on inbound calls, converting customer interactions into bookings while ensuring a seamless experience that fosters brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.

The Sales job:
As an Inbound Telesales Representatives, you will be responsible for closing sales different subscriptions and products over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
You will present the best offers we have by doing upselling and cross selling.
Requirements:
Speak full fluency in Italian;
Speak English B2;
Ability to work independently and/or in a team;
Problem solving-skills;
Good communications skills (both verbal and written);
Positive attitude;
Ambitious.
Note: Portuguese Residence card, or EU passport is required for NON-EU candidates..
