The Recruitment Sourcer is responsible for identifying, sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates to meet client hiring needs. This role involves proactively searching for talent across multiple job boards and sourcing channels, conducting phone screenings, maintaining candidate records, and delivering qualified candidates through the client's recruitment systems. The position requires strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to support recruitment activities aligned with the business.
Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and qualify candidates to support hiring requirements, particularly for positions assigned.

Conduct active candidate searches through job boards, databases, social networks, and other sourcing channels.

Consolidate and manage candidate information from multiple employment platforms.

Contact candidates and conduct telephone screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and suitability.

Enter and maintain accurate candidate information within the client's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Present pre-qualified and shortlisted candidates according to client requirements and service level expectations.

Coordinate with the Client-Facing Recruiter (CFR) regarding job requirements, profile calibration, and position design.

Monitor and support candidate assessments, including proctoring approximately two-hour assessment sessions.

Prepare recruitment reports, process analyses, and sourcing metrics as required.

Achieve daily productivity and performance goals established by the client.

Participate actively in training, coaching sessions, team meetings, and professional development initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, occupational health, safety, and environmental standards.

Perform additional duties and responsibilities related to the position as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience

1 to 3 years of experience recruiting positions in several industries.

Experience in sourcing, recruiting, candidate screening, and talent qualification.

Strong knowledge of recruitment channels, job boards, and sourcing techniques.

Work Schedule
Must be flexible to work under a hybrid model assisting from 1 to 2 days per week in our Lisbon or Porto office.
