Your Role
As a Bilingual Third-Party Payment Officer, you will be responsible for the processing and settlement of healthcare expenses, ensuring compliance with contractual guarantees, deadlines, and agreements with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
- Process healthcare reimbursements: eligibility checks, contributions, tariffs, and contract compliance
- Record and update payment data in internal systems
- Manage bank rejections and external data integration
- Handle regularizations, overpayments, and specific cases
- Provide level 2 support to insured members and healthcare providers (phone & email)
- Follow up on complaints and coordinate complex cases with internal teams
- Ensure quality control and internal validation processes

Profile
- Fluent French / English required (written & spoken)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Customer-oriented and detail-focused
- Comfortable working in a structured and fast-paced environment
- Junior profiles welcome (less than 2 years’ experience)
- Minimum Bachelor / BAC+2 level
