We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to join a leading international banking organization and drive the successful delivery of strategic cybersecurity initiatives.
In this role, you will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Development teams to manage cybersecurity projects from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and security standards.

As a Cybersecurity Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex cybersecurity projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing risks, and ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining the highest security and compliance standards.
You will act as the bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Project Leadership & Delivery

Lead cybersecurity initiatives from planning through implementation and closure.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans.

Coordinate project execution across multiple technical and business teams.

Ensure project delivery aligns with organizational standards and governance requirements.
Stakeholder Management

Engage with Enterprise Architecture, Security, IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Development teams.

Communicate project status, risks, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders and senior management.

Facilitate collaboration across distributed and international teams.
Risk Management & Governance

Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies.

Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.

Monitor project controls and performance metrics.
Continuous Improvement

Drive process optimization and efficiency improvements.

Professional Experience
✔ 10+ years of professional experience in Information Technology and Cybersecurity environments.
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity Engineering, Security Operations, or Information Security.
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex projects.
✔ Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating technical stakeholders.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
