We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Access Manager to support access governance, user lifecycle management, and IT security processes. In this role, you will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access management across enterprise systems.

Review and approve user access requests.

Manage user onboarding, role changes, and access deactivation.

Ensure compliance with security policies and access governance procedures.

Verify software licensing requirements for users.

Coordinate decommissioning requests within the Terminator Project, ensuring quality and agreed deadlines.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders through effective communication.

Prepare project reports, management dashboards, and decision-support documentation.

Contribute to continuous improvements in Identity & Access Management processes.

Up to 2 years of experience in Access Management, IAM, IT Security, or related IT support roles.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).

Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and SAP access management.

Basic knowledge of VMware or other hypervisor technologies.

Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, preferably ServiceNow.

Basic understanding of Project Management principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
