As a Telesales Agent, you will play a key role in connecting customers with innovative telecommunications solutions while contributing directly to the company's success.
Note: we can only hire candidates already based in Portugal. If you are not a European citizen, you must be eligible for full-time employment in the country and/or hold a valid NISS and NIF number. Please apply with your resume in English.
The work location for this position is in Lisbon
Your Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers by phone to promote products and services.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.
- Generate new sales opportunities and maximize business growth.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Care, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in telesales, sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency in German, spoken and written (Manditory).
