We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Consultant with strong expertise in SAP BODS / SAP Data Services and SAP S/4HANA migration processes. This role is ideal for someone who has led complex ETL pipelines, understands SAP data structures in depth, and can drive end‑to‑end migration activities in international projects.

Location: Lisbon or Braga, with occasional travel to Brussels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end‑to‑end data migration activities for SAP S/4HANA programs.
- Design, build, and optimize BODS / SAP Data Services ETL jobs.
- Prepare, transform, cleanse, and validate data for S/4HANA loads.
- Work with LTMC / Migration Cockpit, templates, mapping rules, and load strategies.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define migration rules and business logic.
- Support testing cycles, cutover planning, and go‑live activities.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with project standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP BODS / SAP Data Services.
- Strong background in ETL, data transformation, and data quality.
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA data migration projects.
- Solid understanding of SAP data models (MM, SD, FI, CO, BP, etc.).
- Experience working with LTMC / Migration Cockpit.
- Strong SQL skills and ability to analyze large datasets.
- Fluency in English (international project environment).
Nice to Have
- Experience in Greenfield or Brownfield S/4HANA implementations.
- Knowledge of ABAP debugging for load troubleshooting.
- Experience with Data Governance or Master Data Management.
- SAP certifications related to BODS, S/4HANA, or data migration.
