We are a specialty coffee café passionate about exceptional coffee, high-quality food, and creating memorable customer experiences. We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team and help us elevate our coffee program to the next level.
About the Role
As our Barista, you will be at the heart of our coffee service. You will be responsible for consistently delivering outstanding espresso-based drinks, engaging with customers, and upholding the highest standards of specialty coffee preparation. We are especially looking for baristas with experience in specialty coffee who understand precision, consistency, and hospitality.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a barista in a café or specialty coffee environment.
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and brew methods.
- Passion for coffee, quality, and continuous learning.
- Attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages consistently.
- Maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the space.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Contribute to maintaining and improving coffee standards and routines.
