Restaurant Kanazawa B.V. is a stylish Asian restaurant in Etten-Leur where quality, hospitality, and craftsmanship come together.
To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a: Independent wokring cook I (Full-time - 38 hours per week)
As an Independent wokring cook I, you are responsible for:
- preparing ingredients yourself
- applying basic cooking techniques
- providing input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods
- responsible for inventory and order management
- technically supervising assistant(s).
Job requirements
- MBO 3 working and thinking level
- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
What do we offer?
Market-rate salary between € 2,510 and € 3,050 gross per month, depending on experience (in accordance with the Hospitality CLA, Job Group V, and adjusted in the event of CLA changes)
