ROLE:
We are looking for a Multi-Disciplinary Brand Designer to join our creative team. We are seeking a creative professional with the technical expertise and versatility to move seamlessly between physical and digital environments, static and animated media, delivering high-quality work from concept development through to final execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Identity & Consistency: Develop and evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency and excellence across all channels and customer touchpoints.
Digital & Performance Design: Create visually impactful assets for social media, email marketing campaigns, website banners, landing pages, and other digital platforms.
Physical & Merchandise Design: Design print-ready solutions for packaging, apparel, merchandising materials, and other branded assets.
Motion & 3D Visuals: Produce motion graphics, animations, and high-quality 3D product visualizations and renders.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on multidisciplinary design experience in an agency or in-house environment;
Versatile Portfolio (Mandatory): Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across print and packaging design, digital assets, motion graphics, and 3D visual content;
Tools:
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign);
Intermediate proficiency in After Effects (or Premiere Pro) for motion graphics and video editing;
Practical experience with 3D software such as Blender, Adobe Dimension, or Adobe Substance for product rendering, modelling, and mockup creation.
Languages: Professional fluency in both Portuguese and English, written and spoken;
Profile: Strong sense of ownership, high adaptability, creativity, and exceptional attention to detail.
