About Tétris
Tétris is a wholly-owned subsidiary of JLL, a global real estate services company that provides comprehensive and integrated property-related expertise, including management, transaction, and consulting services to investors and occupiers at local, regional, and global levels.
This division within JLL's EMEA region has grown from two acquisitions in Spain (2006) and France (2007) to its current status, delivering office fit-out, hotel, and retail projects across 14 countries where it operates. Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in MEP systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and dynamic personality with a keen willingness to learn
High sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Curiosity and enthusiasm for developing technical expertise
Proficiency in IT tools (Office, AutoCAD, and ideally Revit MEP or similar)
Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Organized in analysis, structured in reporting and transmission of information
Proficiency in English (both written and oral)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and coordinating MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) specialty works on construction sites
Analyze and study project MEP details thoroughly before construction begins, clarifying doubts with key stakeholders (project teams, cost estimators, design consultants, clients, etc.)
Support MEP design coordination and participate in technical meetings with design teams
Prepare and compile necessary technical information for site inspections and regulatory compliance
Meet with inspectors to clarify issues or resolve on-site MEP-related problems
Support senior team members in technical decision-making processes related to MEP systems
Contribute to the development and improvement of MEP project documentation, standards, and processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met
Assist in preparing technical reports, specifications, and presentations
Monitor MEP installations on-site to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, building codes, and best practices in MEP engineering
Required Skills:
Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems and building services
Knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, fire protection, and water supply systems
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, MEP schematics, and specifications
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to technical detail
Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple project tasks
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and MEP installation practices
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in construction, particularly related to MEP works
Basic understanding of energy efficiency and sustainability principles in building systems
