What You’ll Do
Lead and manage a high-performing recruitment team, ensuring delivery against hiring targets, quality standards and timelines;
Drive end-to-end recruitment for high-volume technology roles, ensuring a strong and consistent candidate experience;
Act as the main point of escalation for complex hiring needs, stakeholder alignment and process challenges;
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define effective hiring strategies;
Oversee and optimize recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability and alignment with best practices;
Manage team performance, including coaching, development and continuous feedback to recruiters;
Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs (e.g. time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance) to drive data-driven decisions;
Ensure effective use of recruitment systems and tools across the team;
Support employer branding and talent attraction strategies for technology profiles;
Ensure compliance with internal policies and data privacy standards across all recruitment activities;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, onboarding, operations) to ensure a smooth hiring process and candidate journey.
