We’re looking for a relationship-focused, results-driven, and detail-oriented Account Manager who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments and is passionate about delivering value and long-term success to partners. You should be proactive and resourceful — energized by the challenge of managing accounts, solving client problems, and driving retention and growth through exceptional service and strategic collaboration.
Position Overview
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for merchants—ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, addressing their needs, and unlocking opportunities for growth through cross-selling and upselling. You’ll collaborate closely with global teams and use strong communication skills to deliver value at every step. If you're proactive, organized, and driven by results, this role is for you.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with merchants, ensuring a positive onboarding experience, and ensuring they receive the best pricing and payment options suited to their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, providing a consultative approach to ensure their needs are met.
- Learn and understand our entire product offering. Enabling you to cross-sell and upsell these new products to your merchants.
- Answer any queries our merchants may have regarding our products.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, Integration, and others, to ensure the merchant is fully informed at all times.
- Culturally, we are collaborative with our colleagues globally. in order to do so, you will need to have strong English written and verbal communication skills;
- Be a sales and results-driven individual who is organized, proactive, and positive in their approach.
Skills & Competencies Required
- Excellent presentation and communication skills across email, calls, and in-person meetings.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a sales- and results-driven mindset.
- High level of professionalism, business etiquette, and work ethic.
- Confident, personable, and capable of understanding diverse business models and client needs.
- Strong interest in technology, fintech, and digital products.
- Culturally adaptable with proven experience working in diverse or international teams.
Who Should Apply
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of B2B experience in account management or client-facing roles, preferably in payments, fintech, SaaS, or digital services.
- A positive, organized, and client-focused team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).
- No restrictions on business travel.
