What do our business developers do?

Conduct a thorough market analysis
- Identify promising areas and properties while engaging with property owners
- Actively search for suitable properties
- Responsively interact with potential clients
- Perform property valuations
- Promote and sell Engel & Völkers services to property owners
- Foster and expand your network with real estate developers
- Provide regular feedback to property owners and developers

Fluent in both English and Portuguese (must have)
- Proficient in CRM software and Office/Google Workspace
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven background in sales
- Ability to analyse market trends and customer needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated persistence and proactivity
- Driver's license and work permit (must have)
